At Community Run Camps, we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. However, we recognize that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances may impact our camp schedules. Please review our refund policy below:

Weather-Related Cancellations: If camp sessions are canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, refunds will be issued in proportion to the hours missed. Refunds will be calculated based on the total hours scheduled for the camp and the hours that are not able to be rescheduled or completed. Families will be notified of weather-related cancellations on the day of camp via email or text.
Non-Weather-Related Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Community Run Camps must cancel a camp session for reasons other than weather, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option of a camp credit that can be applied to a future session.
Final Sale: All camp registrations are final as of three (3) days before the camp start date. Refunds, exchanges, or transfers will not be provided after this point unless cancellations are made by Community Run Camps.
Camp Credit Option: For families preferring to retain their camp registration, a credit equal to the refund amount can be rolled over and applied toward a future camp session.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of the canceled session.
